THIS IS HOW THE BRIDE COUPLE MET
Sara: We met for the first time at the restaurant in Stockholm. We had no common contacts and the age difference is large, but we clicked immediately and saw it as an exciting and fun thing to meet for a drink or two, spontaneously on a Sunday evening. I never thought it would be more than that, but since that evening 19/9-2015 we have stayed together and it has always been obvious.
Two years later, under the clearest starry sky, alone on a beach off the east coast of Africa, he got down on his knees. We had had a wonderful day cycling around and discovering the beaches around the small island of la Digue and Erik would arrange dessert on our patio after having a good dinner at a restaurant. It was nothing strange and I reflected nothing on the fact that we suddenly had to move promptly. "Chill!" I thought and babbled on completely in my own world, completely unaware that Erisk had turned up and lit a lot of candles down on the beach. An avenue of lights up to blankets which were also surrounded by lights and flower petals. It was like in a movie and I still didn't understand a bit, because Andreas is always romantic in this way. Not until he stood up and told me how much he loved me and opened the lid of a coconut, where there was no coconut at all but a box, and I was about to put the bubble down my throat, so I slowly started adding 1+1 whereupon I started exclaiming "But what are you doing!?" "What are you doing!?", "I don't understand anything!?". It was 27 degrees, it felt like someone pulled the stars closer to us and there he was. The funniest, most beautiful person I've ever met, right then and there I decided he was the one I would share my life with. My future husband.
