These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of products and services offered by Kinzjrita AB (Sweden) and Fransson LLC (USA) (together referred to as “Kinzjrita”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Depending on your order, your contract may be with either Kinzjrita AB or Fransson LLC.

We offer luxury perfumes, jewelry, and accessories. While we make every effort to display products accurately, colors, packaging, and design details may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

  • Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Klarna).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship internationally using trusted courier and postal services.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Perfumes must remain in their original, sealed packaging for hygienic and safety reasons. Opened perfume bottles cannot be returned.

  • Jewelry must be returned unworn, in original packaging.

  • To request a return, please contact us at info@kinzjrita.com before sending back any item.

6. Defects & Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund as required by applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, designs, images, text, and products — is the property of Kinzjrita AB and Fransson LLC, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Kinzjrita is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability for defective goods is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • For contracts with Kinzjrita AB, Swedish law applies, and disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

  • For contracts with Fransson LLC, the laws of Wyoming, USA, apply, and disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.
